<p>It is possible to set up a line for counting pieces to ensure that there is always the same number of pieces inside each bag.</p>



<p>As seen in the video, a vibrating system drops one piece at a time onto the compartmented conveyor belt. Thanks to a scale, each piece is counted and once the desired number of pieces, indicated by the weight, has been reached, the conveyor moves to the next compartment.</p>



<p>In this way, at the end of the line, the pieces of each single compartment fall into the bag, which is then sealed.</p>

<p>Together with SIMPLICITA® Bag Smart it is possible to prepare a compartmented belt with manual feeding and automatic feeding.</p>



<p>As you can see in this example, the operator has the possibility to choose the different pieces that will make up the kit and to check the pieces to be packaged before placing them on the conveyor, so as to avoid the packaging of defective pieces.</p>



<p>Once the pieces have been selected, the carpet takes them to the mouth of the bag produced by our machine, which will then be closed and sealed.</p>
