<p>SIMPLICITA® Bag Smart can be integrated into an <strong>artificial vision system</strong> for the correct orientation of the product to be packaged.</p>



<p>As you can see in the video, the product placed on the conveyor is analyzed to identify its orientation. Based on this feedback, the robotic arm picks it up and positions it correctly, bringing it to the mouth of the bag opened by our packaging machine.</p>



<p>A funnel is present to prevent any product spillage and keep it in the desired position. Once the product has been inserted the bag is sealed and finally released.</p>

<p>As seen in the video, a vibrating system drops one piece at a time onto the compartmented conveyor belt. Thanks to a scale, each piece is counted and once the desired number of pieces, indicated by the weight, has been reached, the conveyor moves to the next compartment.</p>



<p>In this way, at the end of the line, the pieces of each single compartment fall into the bag, which is then sealed.</p>

In this case it is possible to install an <strong>heavy products conveyor</strong> under the machine, which has the function of supporting the bag when products of a certain weight are introduced to avoid the breaking of the lower seal and a low quality of the upper seal.&nbsp;</p>



<p>This carpet can be manually adjusted with pneumatic step or with motorized height adjustment.</p>



<p>In the last part of the video example you can see a pneumatic step belt that is adjusted by an employee and that supports the bag in which the pieces to be packed are inserted, to then transport the finished product to the evacuation point.</p>
